Closing for now — this can't merge yet.

CI fails at the Lint step: the typescript-eslint parser (8.58.0, pulled in via eslint-config-next) doesn't support TypeScript 7 yet, so linting errors out before type-check even runs. This is an upstream tooling constraint that a rebase can't fix.

Will revisit once typescript-eslint ships TypeScript 7 support. Dependabot will re-open this when a compatible version is available.
