Add animated splash screen, dark-mode window theme, and verify card gradient scrim

Implements three UI/UX improvements from the roadmap: animated splash screen on cold start, dark-mode-aware window background to eliminate white flash, and confirmation that wallpaper card gradient scrim + rounded corners are already in place.

Animated Splash Screen (core-splashscreen)

Added androidx.core:core-splashscreen:1.0.1. Introduced Theme.WallBase.Starting (light + night variants) as the MainActivity theme, each configured with the launcher foreground icon, a branded purple icon background circle, and postSplashScreenTheme → Theme.WallBase.

On Android 12+ this delegates to the system splash screen API; on API 26–11 the compat library renders a splash activity.

Dark Mode Window Background

Theme.WallBase in values/themes.xml already has a light windowBackground. Added values-night/themes.xml so the XML window level also goes dark when the system is in dark mode — prevents the white window flash before the first Compose frame renders.

The Compose layer (WallBaseTheme) already wires darkTheme from the DataStore preference and defaults dynamicColor = true for Material You on Android 12+; no Compose-side changes needed.

Wallpaper Card Redesign

WallpaperCard already has RoundedCornerShape(18.dp) and a Brush.verticalGradient(Transparent → 0xCC000000) scrim at the bottom — both requirements from the roadmap are satisfied; no changes needed.
