CompatHelper: bump compat for StatsFuns to 2 for package 0-intro-1d, (keep existing compat)

This pull request changes the compat entry for the StatsFuns package from 1 to 1, 2 for package 0-intro-1d.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
