found out that any usage of subagents will simply hang up indefinitely
next thing i found - stop hook for meme sounds at the end of inference didn't work at all
in another branch in my fork i have some debug telemetry that helped me pinpoint that issue, will not make such pr here
here i have fixes for stop hooks dispatching, and subagentstop hooks too
