Perfect, thank you very much. Don't expect too much I was just playing around and made the PR to get feedback on whether adding the functions at the AndroidPeripheral and CoreBluetoothPeripheral is how you would like it to be done and also on the L2CapSocket interface and L2CapException. |

This is a draft about a possible interface for L2CAP on Android and iOS. I started messing around with different ways of implementing it, but wanted some feedback regarding the interface before continuing and implementing edge cases.
