• replace hold/release audio behavior with reusable system-audio toggle and editable post-stop transcript drafts
• add strict persistent USD session reservations, settlement, migrations, and New Session reset behavior
• fix every-tab and nested-code scrolling; replace acrylic with clipped refractive glass and accessibility fallbacks
• harden Smart App Control diagnostics, two-cycle helper validation, installer beta.1→beta.2 checks, and CI artifact reporting
