Summary

• replace full-window Acrylic and the stepped native setShape() region with a transparent shader-first surface and smooth renderer clipping
• restore and redraw the liquid-glass surface across every show/restore/resize/display path
• compact Copilot into one command bar, move Neon intensity to Settings, and keep accessible click-through recovery
• add natural spoken-delivery guidance to Presenter mode while preserving its schema, grounding, models, token limits, store:false, and one-request behavior
• rewrite the README for product users and bump the unsigned beta to 0.2.0-beta.4

Required CI boundary

The local machine enforces Smart App Control against the rebuilt unsigned helper/NSIS intermediate. Local helper, packaged-helper, native-audio E2E, and installer-upgrade attempts therefore failed explicitly with spawn UNKNOWN / policy-blocked diagnostics; they were not skipped or represented as passing. The clean Windows build-and-package job must pass those native and installer lifecycle gates before merge.
