Try to change system settings to match language that is shown. Set meridiem and tomorrow easier. Make bg_windtext code shorter.

When current_hour12 = 12 then when 12 is touched it was set to 12 hours ahead, but it's 0 hours ahead. Fixes KeepThisTicket#12
Update the translation and make the bash file better.
Made the wClock.sh from @plotn and enhanced it. But it give a messages that we needed a __main__
