Resolve VVL error about wrong image layout in extensions sample dynamic_rendering_local_read.

Description

Fixes #1462

Build tested on Win11 with VS2022. Run tested on Win10 with NVidia GPU.

I think this is a false positive in the validation layers, as they don't seem to catch that the image referenced in the layer message is actually mapped to unused.
