Dynamic Interactive Visualizations

Interactive teaching visuals for general chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry.

This repository is designed for browser-based figures that can be shared with students, linked from slides, and hosted with GitHub Pages. PowerPoint files are included only as static, presentation-safe companions when helpful; the live interactivity belongs in the HTML pages.

Each visualization can also be opened directly from its folder. For example:

GitHub Pages

After pushing this repository to GitHub:

1. Open the repository settings.
2. Go to Pages.
3. Set the source to the main branch and /root.
4. Save.

The collection homepage will publish from index.html.
