Add Heiman HS1SA-E-PLUS Smart smoke alarm v2.2

Bug fixes:

1. Fixed a bug where the heartbeat LED could not be switched off in corner case.
2. add temperature calibration attributes.
3. update the model name from HS1SA-EF to HS1SA-E-PLUS for consistency.
4. Addressed minor bugs.
