### Added

- On-demand scan API: `POST /scan` endpoint (disabled by default; enable with `KK_PROBE_SCAN_API_ENABLED=true`).
- `KK_PROBE_SCAN_API_ENABLED` environment variable — enables the `POST /scan` endpoint. Also configurable via `scan_api.enabled` in the YAML config file.
- `KK_PROBE_SCAN_API_SECRET` environment variable — Bearer secret authenticating requests to `POST /scan`. Also configurable via `scan_api.secret`. Minimum 32 characters enforced at startup.

### Security

- Startup validation rejects the process if `KK_PROBE_SCAN_API_ENABLED` is `true` and the configured secret is shorter than 32 characters.
