Third patch release for the Windows Extension public release-gate failures discovered during 0.2.26-2.

• make public SDK declaration containment separator-independent on Windows
• normalize CRLF for release shell marker validation
• normalize CRLF when checking the generated Extension manifest schema
• make Extension Host crash diagnostics deterministic before failed invocations return

• PR fix(extensions): make docs containment cross-platform #874 Typecheck/Test passed
• Windows host-native Extension release gate, NSIS package, and desktop smoke passed
• Linux AppImage package and final desktop smoke passed
• macOS x64/arm64 packages and desktop smoke passed
• CodeQL passed
• local complete Kun suite: 206 files / 1784 tests passed
• local npm run check:extension-release-gate passed

This release uses a new merge commit; previous failed release workflows remain pinned to their historical SHAs.
