feat: Implement configurable blocking and refactor message handling#1
Conversation
This commit introduces several improvements to the mod: - Refactors the message handling logic from the mixin into a dedicated service class, improving code structure and maintainability. - Replaces the hardcoded message checks with a configurable list of blocking patterns, allowing users to add their own rules. - Adds a new configuration option to display the exact blocked message in the chat notification for better debugging and pattern creation. - Changes the message matching logic from `equals` to `contains` to more robustly detect and block radar-disabling codes.
