Regex based signature exclusion, using the `regex` module
- Fix incorrect EICAR download URL (eicarcom2.zip -> eicar_com.zip) - Update expected signature name to match ClamAV 1.0.9 - Add constants for EICAR_TEST_URL and EICAR_TEST_SIGNATURE - Update signature exclusion pattern to match new signature - Add Debug derive to ScanResult enum Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
