Adapt for Swift 6.4 and add supports for Github-styled alert and streaming animation

Overview

This PR introduces 3 improvements:

1. Fixes and silences the warning introduced in Swift 6.4.

2. Adds support for GitHub-style alert.
3. Implements a streaming animation feature.

(All changes have been squashed into this single PR. If you'd prefer these to be submitted as separate PRs, I'm happy to split them—please tell me.)
