Summary
Remove the hard cap of five entries when formatting the output for sourcedAnswer.
Limiting the output, even if only the formatted, is misleading and doesn't bring much value.
To increase readability, the output now contains the number of sources.
Testing strategy
Updated the unit-test to validate the output of sourcedAnswer.
