…rg domain grouping - Add guard checks in update, delete, pause, unmerge, and force-sync ingestion controller actions to reject modifications on sources with provider `smtp_journaling`, returning HTTP 400 with a descriptive i18n message - Add `organizationDomains` JSONB column to `journaling_sources` schema to support mapping primary domains to alias domains per organisation - Add migration `0035_careless_the_fallen` for the new schema column - Update journaling UI to reflect managed-source behaviour and domain group configuration
- Correct port mapping order from `host:container` (was reversed) - Replace bind mount with a named Docker volume `archiver-data` for local storage, improving portability and avoiding permission issues - Update installation docs to clarify local storage step is optional (S3 users can skip) - Add Enterprise edition environment variable documentation (license key, retention policy, SMTP journaling settings) - Add Enterprise features shared UI such as MFA, Journaling
