Add translations directory
A small modification to the code to translate brightness-Controller into French in this case. It is also necessary to generate the appropriate .qm file with qt5 tools from the .ts type file present in translkations dierectory and place it in /usr/bin/translations/.
Rename fill type .ys with standard locale translation (fr_FR).
Add generic translation code to programme translation file acces in locale mode.
