The Tool is called ClassMates and is a type manipulation tool that tends to get very abstract very quickly. The basis is your text input which you feed into the tool. With active dragging on, the user can move the letters apart, which then opens up a whole new horizon of graphic compositions.

Play with the mini canvas at the top left, create compositions, change the colors, sizes and positions of the basic shapes, these are then projected onto the type. You can also edit the size and color of the grid in the background. Have fun!
