Pre-publish honesty + ownership clarity.

  • Scope & limitations section: nemesis eval validates all 20 detectors on synthetic runs; nemesis check fires the subset observable from read-only git state + provided run context today. Removes any 'runs all detectors on real repos' ambiguity.
  • License section expanded: MIT, author retains copyright, free for the community incl. commercial use, notice must be kept. (No license change — clarifying what MIT already grants.)

Docs-only.

Adds a "Scope & limitations" section stating plainly that `nemesis eval`
exercises all 20 detectors on synthetic known-truth runs, while `nemesis
check` currently fires the subset observable from read-only git state plus
provided run context. This keeps the public claim matched to reality.

Expands the License section: MIT, copyright retained by the author, free for
the community (including commercial use) provided the notice is kept.
