Docs: hosted runtime config injection

Added a "Hosted runtime config injection" subsection to the Environment Configuration section of docs/contributing/system-architecture.mdx. This documents the new window.__MCP_RUNTIME_CONFIG__ mechanism that injects Convex URLs into index.html at request time, allowing the hosted app to connect to the correct Convex deployment without a client rebuild.
