@Roastedpotato21 Thanks for the contribution, but this PR is too broad to merge as a navbar enhancement.

• The diff changes 15 files, including large global CSS changes, dashboard widgets, NCERT page styling, root page styling, shared UI primitives, and package metadata.
• Local pnpm test passes, but the broad focused lint pass reports many formatting/rule errors across the touched surface.

Please split this down to the navbar enhancement only. Keep unrelated dashboard, NCERT, global animation, and package changes out of this PR so it can be reviewed safely.
