Changes:

this adjustment is based on Paolo recommendation when we met him in paris.
its better to change the relationType property from isCitedBy to isSupplementedBy for the softwares that have the articles that are citing this software in the relatedIdentifier.
the changes were applied in the xslt for software-openaire and also in the reference.xml file
