Changes:

• adjusting in xslt the Identifier - relatedIdentifier - Title properties
• for titles to gurantee the best result and exclude all negative possibilities
• for Identifier to Guarantee having non repeated results in the main Identifier based on Mike's request
  creating a new template as relatedIdentifier to move all other Identifiers (DOI , ARXIV) to the relatedIdentifier section
• adding a new line to the reference based on the new adjustments to be present.

some tests are failing and perhaps its based on the api version
i could work on them to fix them

but i wanted you also to reviwew this PR and commits anyway.

i know that this PR will be rejected after all these commits and all these added lines , but i had to update too many unittests and xml files after the update of the api version and also the oai version .

even if this pr is rejected this branch will be my backup place to make these updates separately and safely that i know at least everything will work
