Updated the scripts to remove global lock.
Added new keywords
Get message template,Client sends given message,Server sends given message,Client receives given messageandServer receives given messageUpdated Unit tests and atests accordingly to verify these keywords.
Updated the documentation part for set client/server handler functions.
