<issue_description>WEB-1: Remove duplicate CTA buttons from hero section The hero section (hero-actions) contains three buttons — "Get Started on GitHub", "Try Now", and "See Features" — that duplicate links already present in the sticky top

("View on GitHub" CTA, "Try Now" CTA, and "Features" nav link). Remove all three buttons from the hero body. The nav bar is the single authoritative location for these actions.

WEB-2: Expand rownative.icu route selection detail on the website The rownative.icu feature card currently gives a one-liner. Replace or expand it to explain the end-to-end flow that a new visitor needs to understand:

Sign into VirtualRow with intervals.icu, then link your rownative.icu account from within the app
Once linked, enter a route ID or paste a route URL to pull the KML and import the route
Imported routes appear in the routes list alongside the bundled demo route, tagged with their source and status (e.g. </issue_description>
