This PR simply adds PSYCLONE_TRANSMUTE_EXTRAS to the LFRic environment to disable indentation during PSyclone stage with transmute scripts. Otherwise LFRic_atm can not compile. This is due to a preceived openmp bug for ifx 2025.1.1.
