Create missing symlink .claude/skills/story-tree pointing to distributables/claude/skills/story-tree to follow the established pattern where .claude/ is the active directory. Revert generate_vision_doc.py to use the symlinked path instead of directly referencing distributables/, maintaining consistency with how streamline and other skills are configured. Fixes the issue noted in handover 013-add-story-tree-skill-symlink.md with a proper symlink approach rather than the alternative workaround.
