Summary
Remove the full environment dump from Apple pod builds while keeping the platform, architecture and configuration diagnostics needed for failures.
CI now checks the Apple build hooks before setup, exercises successful and forced-failure log handling before the real Apple builds, and uploads only the sanitized evidence.
