Is it true that Secondary Site support SQL Express 2019 and 2022 ? In ConfigMgr 2509 I saw SQLEXP_x64_ENU.exe version 2022 in redist folder. If it's true please add to documentations.

@grafalk Thanks for your contribution! We have redesigned this section of documentation, adding SQL 2022 Express explicitly.
