DirectXP 1.0

The first release! Features include:

• Calculating the number of dings that should be played, and playing them each with a delay
• Instant XP collection for mining blocks
• Instant XP collection for killing entities
• Indirect damage sources (such as TNT) are linked back to the player to initiated the sequence
• Having a configuration file
• The JAR file is only 5.9KB

Tested on 1.21.3 CraftBukkit, Spigot, and Paper. Should work on Purpur and Folia, and probably some other stuff. Most or all of the code should work for just about any version, but you'll need to compile it yourself with a different API and Java version.
