User Page Fix

Quick fix to user page

    app/src/main/java/open/furaffinity/client/pages/user.java: Account status string was removed no longer looking for it

Minor Enhancement

Added ability to select new/existing folders when uploading submissions

Adding in some convenience stuff

Added some embedded content views for some Stories/Poetry and Music.
These are new and still a bit rough but they work well enough. ^.^

App now keeps a history of visited items to return to when the back button is pressed
