Align MLIP v2 schema and subtitle state

Align the importer fixture with AnimeOrganizer's production MLIP v2 capability(name, enabled) and complete media_subtitle definition.

Also completes PR #44 follow-up hardening:

• refresh embedded mpv subtitle state on both track-count and sid changes on the View thread
• scope desktop manual subtitle overrides by source ID and normalized media path

Validation:

• :scanner:testDebugUnitTest --rerun-tasks
• :scanner:testDebugUnitTest :player-core:testDebugUnitTest :desktop-app:test :app:assembleDebug
• HK1 embedded mpv: exactly two external tracks (sid=1, sid=2), ASS selected and rendered, no duplicate auto-loaded tracks
