Amendment 2026-05-22: §9 D2 aktualisiert — Sprint 2.4 referenziert 5 Anchors (NIST, EU AI Act, IMDA MGF, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10). FATF ausgenommen: Memory-Eintrag "FATF 2023" keiner eindeutigen Publikation zuzuordnen, keine HTTP-200-verifizierbare kanonische URL (FATF-Site WAF-403). Amendment der Standards-Anchors-SPEC: Sprint 2.4 nimmt FATF aus → 5 Anchors statt 6.
Begründung (§9 D2): Der Memory-Eintrag „FATF 2023" ließ sich keiner eindeutigen FATF-Publikation zuordnen, und keine kanonische FATF-URL ist automatisiert (HTTP-200) verifizierbar — die FATF-Site blockt Bots mit WAF-403 (curl und WebFetch). Die 5 verbleibenden Anchors: NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, Singapore IMDA MGF, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM Top 10.
Scope: Headline-Edit ist §9 D2; die gesamte SPEC wurde auf 5 Anchors synchronisiert (§0, §2.3-JSON, §2.4, §3.1/§3.2, §4, §6, §7, §8, §10), damit kein selbstwidersprüchliches „6"/FATF-Vorkommen bleibt. §10/§9 D4 verweisen jetzt auf das bereits angepasste BL-007 (PR #47, gemergt). +27/−23.
