Implemented the grep_recursive rule as per ROADMAP.md. This rule detects when grep, egrep, or fgrep fails because it was run on a directory without -r, and suggests adding -r. Also cleaned up some unused imports causing warnings.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 12913663956863417888 started by @MrSpaghatti

- Added `src/rules/grep.rs` implementing `GrepRecursive` rule.
- Added `src/rules/grep_tests.rs` with unit tests.
- Registered the new rule in `src/main.rs` and `src/rules/mod.rs`.
- Cleaned up unused imports in `src/main.rs`, `src/rules/mod.rs`, and `src/types.rs`.
