Closes #102.
Replaced the static layout plan descriptive text inside dashboard.html with functional metric cards (Total Scans, Safe Scan Ratio, Threats Intercepted). Connected the Chart.js canvas component to dynamic analytics arrays utilizing client side localStorage persistence compiled during active scans.
