This update brings StormSPEED to cam6_4_187 with externals from cesm30alpha09g. I have merged in Jian's CTSM #4102 hires memory reduction mods. The cesm30alpha09g externals bring in Jian's CDEP hires mods. Jian's CMEP hires mods were merged into a nonhydrostatic fork of CMEP. My and Adam's clubbmf PR ESCOMP#1576 (in progress) brings the latest clubbmf updates which help minimize popcorn convection in hires runs. I am using a custom CTSM external with hires mods from Brian D and Erik k which have been merged up to ctsm5.4.042. Lastly I have merged Jian CAM hires memory reduction mods from his fix_init_oom branch of StormSPEED. Both CAM and CTSM are using Jian's new per-node shared-memory helper.
