Adding a simple mechanism for displaying release notes on the website.
Runs as a GHA at 06:00 on Mondays, polls the JIRA API, for the query
project = CCM AND "Release Notes" IS NOT EMPTY AND fixVersion IS NOT EMPTY AND updated >= -365dand raises a PR to update the cached release notes.Context
