Barebones TUI that we can improve incrementally with more features.
The current version is just a list of zones and a list of policies you can browse through to see the status. There's a tab for seeing the config that doesn't do anything yet and we can expand on this later.
It can already save quite a bit of typing when you want to see the status, especially with the built-in reloading (ctrl+r).
