Novi Sad Relational Tech

Relational technology tools for neighbor-to-neighbor connection in Novi Sad.

What is Relational Tech?

Relational technology builds infrastructure for human connection at village scale — tools that help neighbors find each other, share resources, and act collectively. Not citizen-to-government platforms, but neighbor-to-neighbor ones. Small, interoperable, and locally owned.

Inspired by the Relational Tech Project and its vision of technology that strengthens social fabric. NSRelaTech applies these ideas to Novi Sad.

Principles

  • Neighbor-to-neighbor — direct connection between people, not mediated by institutions
  • Village-scale — block and neighborhood, not city-wide or national
  • Interoperable small tools — composable pieces over monolithic platforms
  • Remix existing patterns — adapt what works rather than reinvent
