test(e2e): remove retired legacy E2E runner paths

Status after #5106

This draft is superseded by #5106 for the legacy scenario-runner removal piece. main now has the Vitest scenario workflow as the surviving scenario execution path and the old typed-shell/YAML runner surfaces have been removed.

Any remaining cleanup should be framed under #5098 as migration of individual legacy test/e2e/test-*.sh contracts into the single Vitest E2E system. The important distinction is: preserve full journeys and real shell/system boundaries where they matter, but do not preserve a separate bash E2E harness as the end state.

Closing as superseded by #5106, which has now landed the typed-shell-runner cutover and removed the retired legacy scenario-runner paths from main. Remaining legacy test/e2e/test-*.sh migration continues under #5098/#4999.
