The analyzer module now conforms to SG-1/SG-2/SG-3/SG-4 (flattened rule functions, $Private: scope, OTBS, six explicit CmdletBinding options + OutputType). Byte-identical with the exporter PR (where build.ps1 adds it to the Analyze gate). Analyzer job + Invoke-Tests 24/24 pass; rules still fire.
