Claude Code caches marketplace clones locally and does not always re-fetch before checking for updates, so a freshly released version can look unavailable. Document the two-command refresh (/plugin marketplace update, then /plugin update) under Versioning.

Why
A freshly released version can look unavailable to installed clients: Claude Code caches marketplace clones locally and does not always re-fetch before checking for updates. Users hitting this have no pointer to the built-in refresh command, which turns into support threads.
What changed
A short troubleshooting note under Versioning documenting the two-command refresh: /plugin marketplace update nauro-ai, then /plugin update nauro@nauro-ai.
Test plan
Docs-only; claude plugin validate --strict passes.
