…locale copy Harden container startup logging by reporting environment variable presence instead of echoing raw values, reducing risk of exposing sensitive configuration in logs. Also remove obsolete platform-admin guidance strings from tenant locale bundles (ar, en, es, fr, rw, sw) to keep translations aligned with the current dashboard UX and avoid duplicated/unused text keys.
