Its done via this "deferred" way because rendering with world texture in DynamicRender breaks with shaders
Although it probably would work fine with vanilla sodium I decided that it would be easier to use the same path in shaders/no shaders configuration

Works with all shaders i tested (BSL, Complementary Unbound, Photon)
Translucency with shaders is not supported (black hole disappears behind translucency)
