I tried to summarize most of the changes from v1.2.0...273c857, omitting anything that shouldn't be relevant to end-users (like our CI improvements or adding zizmor to our treefmt config). I still included things like "ensure no haskell warnings", which might be a bit too internal to justify a changelog entry... Open to feedback!
