What & why

Shifts NASDE's core message from "does my skill help?" (narrow, skill-tuner) to "how does my whole AI coding setup perform, and what does it cost in tokens and dollars across models and providers — so I can decide which stack to use and when to migrate" — the cost/migration decision that Head-of-Eng / CTO buyers actually face, and the heart of NASDE's value.

Changes

  • README (first impression on the repo) — new tagline; a "Why NASDE?" hook leading with the provider/model/cost/migration decision; refreshed "What do I use it for?" with cost-and-quality comparison first, skill-tuning as one case among several.
  • Overview (getting-started/overview) — rewritten hook + description in the same framing; refreshed "What do I use it for?".
  • Landing (index.mdx) — hero tagline and the "What is Nasde?" card now lead with measuring the whole harness on quality and cost.
  • New "Agents and providers" sectionToday: Claude Code + Codex CLI + Gemini CLI (Gemini support verified in code); Planned: Pi, Cursor, and router-based setups — framed as planned, not implied-available (consistent with how we already mark interactive mode).

Notes

  • No new behavior or feature claims beyond what's in the code. Roadmap items are clearly "planned".
  • Build green, all internal links valid.

…(for CTOs)

Shift the core message from "does my skill help?" (narrow, skill-tuner audience)
to "how does my whole AI coding setup perform, and what does it cost in tokens
and dollars across models and providers — so I can decide which stack to use and
when to migrate" (the decision Head-of-Eng / CTO buyers actually face, and the
heart of NASDE's value).

- README (first impression on the repo): new tagline, a "Why NASDE?" hook
leading with the cost/provider/migration decision, refreshed "What do I use it
for?" with cost-and-quality comparison first, skill-tuning as one case.
- Overview: rewritten hook (same framing), updated description, refreshed
"What do I use it for?".
- Landing (index.mdx): hero tagline + "What is Nasde?" card now lead with
measuring the whole harness on quality *and* cost.
- New "Agents and providers" section: TODAY = Claude Code + Codex CLI + Gemini
CLI (Gemini is supported in code — verified); PLANNED = Pi, Cursor, and
router-based setups, framed as planned (not implied-available).

No behavior or feature claims beyond what's in code. Build green, links valid.
