I've just tried to compile the ArucoUnity plugin from scratch. I think there is no mistake on the actual documentation: both the cmake config and cmake build command must be done on the current ArucoUnityPlugin/build/opencv/ directory created earlier. Not the parent directory.

It's just what worked for me after some trial-and-error. Well, I'm no cmake expert. Maybe i made a mistake in the steps before even though i tried to follow the (nicely written) instructions closely.
