Added a macro to allow you to customize the max size for ThreadX queue messages. This feature was already implemented around a year ago by the ThreadX maintainers, but CubeMX's ThreadX doesn't have it. I figured it would be easier to just manually add this feature in our repos rather than trying to add the up-to-date ThreadX as an Embedded-Base submodule, since this is like a two-line change.
